Basic rules

Only tickets opened by students using an institutional email address will be managed.

At any time, each student can have at most one open ticket. Tickets will be processed through a FIFO policy. This means that, if a student adds a new comment to an open ticket, the ticket becomes the most recent in the queue, and so it loses its old priority.
